Digital Goods: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the digital goods have not been downloaded or accessed.
Event Tickets: Refunds for event tickets are available up to 48 hours before the event date. No refunds will be granted after this period unless the event is canceled or significantly changed by the organizer.

Digital Goods: Digital goods will be made immediately available for download upon completion of purchase. Customers will receive an email confirmation with a download link.
Event Tickets: Tickets purchased online will be delivered electronically via email immediately after the purchase is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout.
Given the nature of digital goods and tickets, we do not offer returns on these items. All sales of digital products and event tickets are final, except as outlined in our refund policy.
Digital Goods: Orders for digital goods cannot be canceled once the download link has been provided.
Event Tickets: Customers can cancel their ticket purchases up to 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email at support@nextdecentrum.com. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted, except under exceptional circumstances.
